Both Baretta and Craig are warm and friendly with the professionalism, experience and skills to match. Baretta took a lot of time to outline ideas as to how we could improve my very small and very outdated laundry but also keep it in style with the rest of the house, which no-one else had done (I noticed:). Communication was free-flowing and consistent and very patient with my constant questions and repeat questions! I'm very appreciative!
Craig and his trades team are highly skilled and were outstanding in explaining the process and making sure I could understand the technicalities of the project. This was a complete renovation including converting a swing door to a sliding door - love it! As well as working to time-plans and budget the team were swift in responding effectively to any on the job issues which crept up. Craig was very attentive and invested in the detail and very kindly also came to my rescue to repair wall damage in another room for me - meaning I ended up with two beautiful renovated rooms!
I can only write positive feedback about this team. The photos should speak for themselves as to the quality of the work but the engagement with Baretta and Craig from day one was brilliant and continued throughout the entire project. I could not have asked for a more smooth and enjoyable experience. I’ve always thought renovating is a very complicated and annoying task until I realised that if you chose an excellent team, you will come to relax and enjoy the changes it brings to you. After couple months of ongoing plans and we chose Baretta and Craig to do our bathroom renovations, we were always celebrating how lucky we were.
In terms of design, we do not need to look up too much information and Baretta can easily grasp our transformation plan; every time the design concept and style are in line with our preferences, and always brings us surprises.
In the process of project implementation, Craig will strictly manage and supervise the quality of every project and every detail will be handled from the perspective of customers, and it will be perfect and flawless.
